All I did for christmas this year is.... 1st, went to church, had a great time watching the Youth's skit... Andrew was hillarious... After that, we went for lunch, and then to Andrew's house for our lil gift exchange thingy - Not So Secret Santa... My secret Santa was - Tet Leon, and Andrew's - Kien wei, and Kien Wei's - Me and Tet Leon's - Andrew... how hard was it to guess... Ha!

Then spent the rest of the afternoon snoozing... and then went to Mid Valley with my family got some pancakes from Paddington Pancake House and my sis and mom shopped a lil... and that's the end of my christmas...

Fast moving and not so busy christmas this year... (i actually have no idea what to blog about... just felt like writing something...)

I bet everyone is happily celebrating and of coz, you can't miss out the tearing of wrapping papers to find out what treasures you have within... Santa Clause must be busy slaying to deliver all the presents to us... But those who are on the 'Naughty List', you might want to start behaving coz Santa might just confiscate your present... (who knows, i might be on the Naughty List...) Well, i just finished wrapping my presents like 3am just now... so yeah, i'll probably feel sleepy later in the day...

I don't know about you guys, but i'm not quite feeling the Christmas Spirit this year (no idea why)... I don't feel the urge to open presents like i did before, i don't feel the urge to know what i'll get from my family... But i do soooo want my christmas tree to be set up but my family and i have just been tooo busy that no one had the time to set it up this year, and my mom always feel sad when we have to take the christmas tree down because we all spent so much time putting it up and then we have to tear it back down again... it's just like karma, 'what goes up, must come down'... sigh...

So we did something different this year, something really really extreamly different this year... No tree being set up, but we can't leave the house as it's usual on Christmas day, so my mom hung the Christmas lights which were supposed to be around the Christmas tree, around the aquarium area in my living room... and presents were of coz, on the floor...

ok, we do have a christmas tree, but it's really tiny that you have to take some time to spot it... can you spot it???

yeah... it's that little triangular thingy standing on top of that red present... sad huh, tell me, how to get the feel of christmas when there's no christmas tree in the house?!?! but nevermind, at least the presents boosts up the feel a little, by lets say....10%...

Will be going church later. There'll be a little skit that the youth put together (and Andrew's in it!!!) quite excited to know how it turns out... so i already charged and ready my camera... (we'll see how it turns out) and then probably will be meeting up with a few college friends (not confirmed)... and of coz, i can't miss Christmas dinner with my family - It's the most important event of the day... and then back to work the next day, at 7am!!! which means i got to wake up at 5am!!! oh my... no idea how to pinch my body up but... yeah...

so yeah, that's basically my plans for christmas... hopefully yours would be better than mine... but i can't say that mine's really bad, because at least i don't have to pull my butt to work on christmas day and i get to spend it with my closest buddies and most importantly - my family... which includes my babies (hamsters)...

Hey butterfly-messers... I've been dead busy working in the Hotel so i'm using that as my excuse for not updating... anywayzzzzzz....

On Sunday, I went for a little Christmas Shopping at Mid Valley & The Gardens after visiting'The Home Of GOD' - Church, together with Kien Wei and Andrew... Thank GOD it wasn't that hard to find a parking space at like 1pm when usually it's jam packed like crazy... oh, and besides going there for christmas shopping, the other reason is... BECAUSE IT'S HERE!!!! ok, i'm guessing you're like what's here =.=' ... it's none other than...

And after collecting, spent like an hour plus in BORDERS... waiting for Leon for lunch... We had lunch at the Food Garden in The Gardens... It's a new foodcourt in Gardens with lots and lots of delicious varieties to choose from... the 3 of us had a really difficult time trying to pick what to eat... yes, humans... when there's no varieties, we crave for more... and when there's more, we complain there's too many to choose from... It's our nature - Never stop complaining...

Ok, so finally, we settled on what seems to be the hippest stall there...

No idea why, but they seem to have owned the crowed that day... Probably because there was a guy there pulling customers... I have to say, his persuation is not bad... and yes, the 3 of us are a few of his victims... so i ended up ordering Pan Mee (which i actually just ate the night before, didn't realise that until half way in the middle of savouring it...), Andrew ordered Asam Laksa which ended up spicing him up... and lastly, Kien Wei ordered Fried Kuey Teow... Not long after, Tet Leon joined us with his Chicken Rice...

Oh, and did i mention, it was a day on con-ness too... This is because, at the Penang Delights, The portion of the samples looked soooooo big and the price was only RM6.50... but when we ordered it was like half of the portion but yet enough to eat (if you're not like starving of course...)

And then, because Andrew was burning up inside, he needed cheap ice-cream ASAP... so we headed to Mcd... And here is when the 2nd con-ness comes... Kien Wei asked us how much was for a choco sundae, Andrew said it was more than RM2 but less than RM3... but...

And tadaa... The choco sundae's real price was RM3.50... (this explains why in the pic, they're laughing...)

And after buying... we stood 1 side and ate (well they actually) and when we turn to the corner, just outside Carrefour, there it was... The RM1 Yorgi Yorgi ice-cream... and their sundae costs just Rm2.50... This is when the 2nd con-ness appears...

And Andrew, definately enjoying his cone, because it reduces the spicy-ness in him after the laksa...

And of coz, everyday with us, there must be something lame or funny to say... Noticed that Kien Wei was sucking a lollipop before the ice-cream? I told him that he looked like a kid enjoying his lolli... and then while eating the ice-cream... this is what happened...

Kien Wei : Wah, lollipop and then ice-cream, today super kid loh...

Me : (Stunned for awhile) hahahahahahhaa.... (that's all i could respond)

After the cold times... we started walking... 1st stop, Metrojaya... Though i hated the queue to the cashier, but it's easier for me to find something for my mom for Christmas and i also wanted to find my pair of shoes...(but sadly, my shoe was no where to be found) but of coz, i managed to find my mom's present and even for my aunt and another aunt... that's something to yay for... but then again, Metrojaya seriously need to train their cashiers to work faster, much faster!!!

And while i was shopping, the 2 boys sat at the shoe department and waited for me...(how nice...) i know, i'm lucky to have friends like them... Kien Wei actually volunteered to accompany me there while Andrew just tagged along because he thought that i asked him to follow =.='... but nevermind, they're both appreciated... And after lining up just to pay for 3 things for like i think 20 to 30 minutes?!?! i went back to look for the boys... and this is what i found...

Next topic, whenever there's a festive season, all the malls tend to have their own theme and decos right... well this is taken from The Gardens and Mid valley... And it seems that Mid Valley's deco got voted as the best deco among all the shopping malls and the worst is of coz...

The best and the worst is not based on my own perception... i read somewhere in the newspaper the other day stating that Mid was the best and Gardens the worst... so yeah... the pictures doesn't really show much, you have to see for yourself to judge...

And after getting my Dad and Sis's present, we headed home as Andrew had dinner to attend to... Oh, and it was also a day of Sleeping in Different Places for Andrew...

1st in Metrojaya... (all cramped up in such a small sofa...)

Though, i need to find my christmas spirit because this year, i don't feel the christmas spirit in me, no idea why...

I'll be spending christmas eve in helping my dad at the restaurant... it's gonna be a busy night... but nevermind... coz i...

Second day of burning... it was a total waste of time!!!

When i reach the hotel today, we were informed that there will be a fire drill practice at 10am (guess i'll really be burning...) and after the drill, they issued our uniforms for us... the uniform i got was pretty comfortable... there were like 2 different designs for Front Office's uniform... mine was the least nicer 1 but it was also considered nicer than the other hotel (for me)... and also they issued us our locker keys...

I bumped into some of the employees in the girl's changing room, they were all so friendly and cheerful... all smiles on their faces with delightful greetings... that really minimizes my fears... and after i got change, i went to meet up with my boss - Mr. Kuhan - friendly, with big eyes!!! he introduced me to another trainee from Holland - Nyhke (sadly it was her last day of training today...) she brought me on a short tour around the offices... and then i was sent to the business centre with ms. Elmi there waiting for me... she's sooo friendly and cheerful... i felt no pressure at all... she thought me minor stuffs in the business centre... while waiting for Ms.Linda to work out my working schedule...

There wasn't much to do in the business centre, so i was like practically standing all around the room, doing nothing... it was seriously dead boring!!! because Ms.Elmi had nothing for me to do because she herself has nothing to do... (this is why there's only 1 employee's seat in the business centre, it's only meant to have only 1 staff in there =.=') of all places they send me there... after stoning til 3.30pm, the next shift came -Ms.Audrea, supposed to be my senior in college... (from sunway hospitality course, Aug04 batch) she was really friendly too... and all the other staffs that walked in to the business centre were really friendly too... didn't feel like a stranger around them... (which is good...)

Stoned till 5pm and still no news from Ms. Linda about my working schedule... (ish >.<) so Audrea called her at 5.30pm, and then she only told Audrea to tell me to go home and come back tomorrow at 8am till 4pm... i was like OMG!!! she took the whole day to do 1 schedule and still no schedule done... i mean yeah she might be busy and all but she could have informed or something... and guess what, before going home, she only started to me for my name and how long i'll be training there and all... and it seems that these are the information needed to work out my schedule =.='

What a total waste of my time today!!! like seriously i did nothing but stood around... argh!!! and tomorrow i'm suppose to go back to the business centre again!! another day of stoning >.<

Phew... i finally made it tru my very 1st day of SWE...

It wasn't so bad... it was boring at times when they were briefing us about some stuff... normal 1st day briefings... it was like sitting in the college lecture hall again just that this 1, i cannot pretend i'm listening but actually i'm sleeping... lol...

This morning, was my 1st time taking public transport all alone... it was quite scary, i was like non-stop checking whether i took the right side of the train or not... And when i arrived at the Hotel, my heart was like beating soooo freaking fast, it was like about to jump out of my chest... i was sooo scared and nervous... but when it started, i started to feel better...

My 1st experience...

Thank GOD i wasn't alone during the briefing... there were another 2 malay guy trainees(Shafiq & Amirul) with me...(sadly, they are going to the kitchen department...) and also, there like another 2 new managers(Fiona & Stephanie) too... My speaker-Ms.Apple was a really friendly, cheerful person... She reminded me soooo much of my aunty (Mandy, if you're reading this, i think you know who i'm talking about right?) the way she talk, the way she act... She wasn't those serious speakers... she was like jumping all around the place... singing loudly to herself... felt no preasure at all...

The good thing was, my orientation was suppose to last till this friday, and i'll officially start work next monday... BUT!!! now comes the bad news... Since there were like only 3 of us, they decided to cut the orientation down to only today... and officially start tomorrow!!! sad right... oh, today during lunch... since i knew no one there yet, so i had lunch alone... i hate having lunch all alone... coz everyone else tends to stare at a loner... felt really weird... i had the worst mamak stall food i tell you... plain disgusting!!! >.<>

For the ice-breaking session, to make it more interesting, Ms.Apple gave us a piece of paper and markers... we were to only write our names and the other introductions, we had to DRAW them!!!Let me show you my self-introduction...

This is ME!!!

I think i should explain right... 1st one(top) - is suppose to describe what i'm doing now, so the pic shows that i'm currently training in the hotel (as you can see a desk counter with me, and 3 guests lining up.. the other is me making beds...) Then 2nd(right)- describes my hobbies which are photography, travelling, dancing, eating, yam cha, playing piano, surfing internet, outdoor activities (as you can see a door with the word 'OUT'...) and listening to music... 3rd(bottom)- Is suppose to describe what i see in the opposite sex which is 1st i'll see the hair, then the body (must have triangle shape), the brain and the light represents intelligence, 'HAHA' represents sense of humour and lastly the twirly eyes represents crazy-ness... And last but not least(left) is to describe what kind of person am i... 1st pic - shows that i'm lame... then always laughing... 3rd is crazy-ness, 4th is i can be quiet and shy, 5th i can be really talkative, the bat represents that i'm not really a morning person more of a night person... last is animal lover and butterfly lover...

OK, here comes the best part of the day... during our tour, Ms.Apple told us that the 3 of us were the luckiest orientation group that she brought tru out her 2 and a half years working at the hotel because we were the ONLY group that got to visit ALL the types of rooms they have in the hotel... it was quite interesting touring the place... the rooms were really really beautiful... lol.. and of coz, really expensive as well... The cheapest room there costs RM600++ per night... and the best room of all, obviously the most expensive room too which cost RM10k till RM12k per night... can you believe it?!?! it's freaking expensive right!!! it is none other than the Imperial Suite a.k.a Presidential Suite as some hotels call it... Let me show you the pictures... i can't take really nice pictures coz i secretly took it (coz i'm not allowed to actually...)

I went to the spa too... and it's super nice too of coz... haha... so tempted to do a spa there but really ex... you'll feel superly peacefull in the spa area...

Tomorrow my work officially starts (so they say...) hopefully they won't give me a hard time...

Sorry people for not been updating for awhile... been busy entertaining my relatives this weekend...

went to Mid Valley on Saturday... walked the whole day, watched a movie... and ended up going home empty handed!!!



and yesterday, went to 1 Utama to shop... and yet again... walked all day... ended up going empty handed!!! do you know that it is soooo frustrating when you walk the whole shopping mall and end up going home with NOTHING!!! for me, IT IS!!! I'll feel hopeless and frustrated if I was not on a window shopping trip and end up window shopping...



Anyway... today's my last day of freedom... i know i know... i just got my freedom and now i have to give it away to Imperial Sheraton Hotel... Tomorrow's the day Hell starts burning for me... and I haven't got my rubber suit... nor a ready heart to jump into it's flames...



No words can describe the way i'm feeling right now... although everyone's telling me that i'll do fine and all... but they will never know how i'm feeling... even i don't know what i'm feeling right now... my feelings all tangled up inside of me that i can just burst into insane-ness any minute...



Hopefully i'll be able to do fine... hopefully i'll be able to survive... hopefully it won't be a nightmare... hopefully i won't be a zombie... hopefully they are friendly... hopefully it's gonna be fun...

Just finished my finals today... finally can breathe fresh air... burning off my burdens... feel a whole lot lighter now... and of coz... with the grand finale...

That's the way to end your finals properly... it's the just the way it should be... But too bad... this sweetness will eventually turn bitter next tuesday... because that's the time (as i've been saying...) that's the time when hell starts burning for me like the way hell is burning my books and notes right now... but to look on the brighter side (since hell is gonna be sooo bright with the fire burning...) it's going to be another new start for me... another chapter in life (as someone likes to put it...) going to be actually working in a Hotel... as a training for me... so i don't actually have a break after my finals... (sucks big time, i know...) this training is going to be semester 6!!! so fast, and another semester starts =.='... hopefully i get to spend the special occasions for the next 5 months happily... if it's a really sad case, i won't be able to spend any of the special holiday celebrations like christmas and new year >.< Feelings now...

Nerve wrecking because my training's going to start... like NEXT TUESDAY!!! (fast right =.=')

but for now, i just want to spend my few days of 'break' (but it doesn't feel like 1, since it's just going to be like for 4 days...) wisely!!!

Going Euphoria!!! Then tomorrow, Redbox and BOLT!!! Saturday, midvalley - shopping, movie marathon with cousin, wedding dinner... Sunday - hopefully Pavillion for PEPPER LUNCH!!! more shopping... Monday - don't know but hopefully it's full of activities...

TUESDAY - Put on my rubber suit and make sure it'll last for 5 months!!!

So i had my accounts paper this afternoon... and seriously... i only took like 10 minutes to study this subject... yeah, so you can actually tell how much i absorbed... and you want to know something cool... what i read (which was a pass year paper's MCQs and my mid term paper)... came out in my finals... yeah, thank god my lecturer was lazy or it's just his thing or way of setting exam questions, he repeated quite a lot of the MCQs from those 2 papers i read... so i was practically vomiting out all the answers i memorized... and for Part B which is the problem solving part... 2 of the questions were the exact questions that he gave in the mid term... so yeah... full marks there (hopefully... hopefully i don't do any silly mistakes like writing the wrong digit or whatever...) But anyhow... i might be able to score higher than what i actually planned too... considering i was practically day dreaming or sleeping through the entire semester for accounts... (i just despise accounts... like really...)

Well, I'll be sitting for my events and OB papers tomorrow... and tomorrow's papers are supposedly the hardest papers for the semester... well actually not the hardest but these are the 2 subjects which requires memory work (which i obviously don't have... those who knows me, knows that memory work is sooooo not my thing...) I'm really a short-term memory person... like really!!! but I'm lucky to have friends who always sms me or call me just to remind me to bring stuff or do things... (especially during exams which i always forget to bring my exam docket, especially on the last day of exams coz it's always the easiest subject, so I'll be sooo relaxed already that i forget...) so yeah...

OK... that wasn't the main topic of today's post... the main topic is... now that I'm so obsessed with Twilight... (see how I'm enlarging all the Twilight words, even here...) well not with Twilight actually, but the casts of Twilight... (yeah, alright... I'm obsessed with their vampire-ish look and make-up... that I'll admit...) (should have dressed up as a vampire during the Halloween party instead of a witch... but witch was cool too... i had a cool hat...) so anyway, back to the topic... yeah, I'm obsessed with the casts, so I'm like browsing through YouTube like everyday... watching their behind the scenes, interviews and some other bloopers and stuff... and i came across this Trailer Spoof...

This just sooo freaky!!! To think that someone out there has exactly the same name and spelling as yours... EXACTLY i tell you!!! and the freakiest thing is, she passed away... It got me imagining (i know what I'm about to say is nonsense, but it's just an imagination...) OK, what if like 1 day, while i was walking in the cemetery and i come across a tombstone with my name on it... and it actually belongs to someone with exactly the same name and spelling... FREAKY~~~~

Next, with my AMAZING name... i found that my name appeared in the US Drug Enforcement Administration's list of drug addicts!!! I'm in the DEA fugitives list, wanted for Federal Drug Violation - Conspiracy of distributing HEROIN!!! Best part is, I'm a black MAN!!! Click on the red link to see his profile...

And guess what... i actually thought that Twilight was gonna be aired today... and i got sooo excited!!! and when i tried to book for tickets online... i couldn't find it on the list... then only i found out that it's only going to be aired today in the states... and only be aired on the 27th november in Malaysia... SOOOOO SAD!!!!!

But nevermind...i'll just have to wait till thursday or friday to watch it... IT'S A MUST WATCH!!!
