Quic-Rox to Dissappointment~~~

What a dissappointment!!! =.='

Woke up after receiving a study group message from Fang Jin... Took awhile to pull myself up from my nest... then got myself ready and another pull to college to 'study' for my finals... Accounts is getting on my nerves!!! wait, it's already on it...

The best part of the day was, En and Yuri accompanied me to the so called awesome 50% Quicsilver and Roxy sales... It starts at 5pm... and that's when we arrived... the queue was massive!!! it was as long as a dinosaur's body if they stretch themselves straight, from their head to the tip of their tail, and the line still hasn't ended yet... (imagine yourself)... just look at the pictures!!!

And we witness the saddest thing... this lady who's an employee of the Sunway Group... asked her poor parents to line up for her while she went somewhere with her boyfriend/husband... and the poor dad had backache (no, i didn't ask... i kept seeing him massaging his back...)... this is not sad yet.. when we entered, she asked her parents to line up for her again so she doesn't have to line up so long to pay for her stuff while she went looking around... That's sooooo sad!!! poor daddy with backache queuing up with no where to sit... It's just sad...

Anyway, that's not the saddest thing yet... the saddest and most disappointing, frustrating thing was... the anxious me queued up so long to get in and in less than 5 mins... i stopped looking for my stuff because there weren't any of mine stuff!!! it was sooo frustrating... oh, shaun and herald joined us awhile later... and in less than 5 mins... herald got his hands on a luggage bag and a lil wallet... and awhile later, he found a green hoodie which was quite cool... then we all waited for Sinyin to come so we could pay because we needed her member card... So we camwhored while waiting...

Don't ask me what was i looking at, coz i don't know...

So we queued up to pay from 7plus till 945!!!!!! that's how slow the line was moving and how long it was!!! thank god En brought her DS... so i was engrossed in it for quite awhile in order to not feel that the line was sooo slow and so i won't get grumpy (coz I'm impatient...)

After that, we all moved to The Chicken Rice Shop for dinner... (it wasn't that nice...) lol... then after dinner, on the way to the car park, we stopped to take pictures with the pretty tall, lighted colourfully Christmas trees...

Just when i arrived home... i got a call from the boys (Kien Wei, Tet Leon and Yew Wai) asking to go out for a drink at the famous mamak stall around my area... Talking about all sorts of nonsense... MAC books... documentary shows... The end of the world... lame jokes (that's a must)... Finally decided to go home around 2plus am... and the night didn't end for me that soon... i went online and started chatting with Niniek, Gabby and Fang jin... finally gave in at i think 4 plus am... So called exam period huh...

Oh and lastly... What a disappointing trip!!!

It's was nice, but not as expected...

OK, so i went to watch Twilight with niniek, gabby, tetleon, andrew, joanna and shane this morning... i was sooooooo excited (jumping around like a monkey, couldn't stop mumbling...)

Tet Leon, andrew and i went earlier to buy the tickets because we didn't manage to book the night before... and when we arrived at Pyramid, boy was it jam packed with people!!! the car park was soooooo full till i have to go all the way up to CP6 to park... and it was only like what, 1045?!?!?! on a Thursday?!?!?! (Stay home people!!!)

So anyway, we manage to get the tickets... (YAY!!!) then we waited for gabby, niniek, joanna and shane to reach... meanwhile, i went to buy a large combo of 100plus and popcorn... (this is not what I'd do when i usually go watch movies, but lately I've been craving for popcorn...) (don't ask me why...coz i don't know...) Holding my popcorn and drinks, waiting anxiously to go in... When we got into the cinema, the movie already started for like a minute or 2...

OK, now to the movie... It wasn't sooo bad... it was actually good for me... (although the rest said it was overrated...) I find it nice... but not as nice as i expected... but still nice... And as usual, the main characters were gorgeous!!!!!! even the bad vampire was HOT!!! omg his body!!!

so anyway, while we were watching and when the main character, Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullens) appeared, girls were actually sort of like screaming with excitement and a girl was even clapping her hands!!! And when the movie ended, the whole cinema was filled with sounds of applause... (i can't believe it when every clapped their hands, it's just unusual!!!) and and and...

And as we exit the cinema, all I could hear was girls all talking about Robert Pattinson!!! they were like 'omg his soooo handsome'... 'omg did you see?!?! i could just melt'... girls weren't like talking about the movie, they were just talking about the guy!!! you could just stand at 1 corner and hear all kinds of stories they were telling... parts from the movie, even their own imagination of HIM!!! (omg?!?!) but i have to say, the make-up for the vampires were really good... they really look naturally fair,pale, white... and the pale-ness really made them look cold too... (as vampires are cold...)

So anyway, we when for out toilet stops and then went for lunch at Carl's Junior... And to join in the fun the other big googled eyes girls around, everything we say or do the whole time in pyramid was vampire related... It was a really really fun day out!!! although it was quite short but still... lots of laughter and crazy-ness...

Then after, it was back to the old boring day for me... nothing but study and study and study =.='... But at night!!! that's when we all come alive!!! We went to euphoria (the same bunch)... dance the night out!!!

The Animal Family~~~

Let me tell you a short story...

Once upon a time... 6 individuals met with each other and started talking... then they started to hang out a lot... and during 1 of the Malaysian Studies class (a very boring class), 1 of the individual was sooo bored, started to draw 6 animals and naming them after the 6 individuals... and the 6 individuals were very happy with the drawing that they agreed to be called at the Animal Family...

Thus... The Animal Family was born!!!

And then after awhile... during 1 steamboat dinner outing... 1 of the individual thought of starting a blog for the animal family... and recruited the rest of the members... And in this blog... tells the stories of the Animal Family's lives... this is mainly for them to sort of keep in touch with what each other's doing during their 5 months industrial training and also after graduation... (that is if they all stills tay connected... hopefully they do...)

And then... They live happily ever after... Nice right my story...

I'm obssessed with the new Disney animation - BOLT's Rhino the Hamster!!!

It's soooooo adorable and cute and funny!!!! i was bored today, giving myself excuses not to study... so i went on Youtube and watched some random videos... then i thought of Rhino so i went to search for some of his videos... and i found 2 super cute ones that i just have to share....

The Freaky-ness of GOOGLE!!!~~~

My god!!! google is sooo freaky i tell you... FREAKY!!! OK, I was told to go google a friend under google image... I found a lot of her photos that were posted up in blogs and facebook appeared in google image... so I got curious and googled my other friends and myself... and guess what i found under my name!!!!

Look how old I'm suppose to be!!! (but she's pretty lah, so ok...) and I'm suppose to be dead right now... so yeah, you're reading a dead girl's blog right now... wahahhaha... This just sooo freaky!!! To think that someone out there has exactly the same name and spelling as yours... EXACTLY i tell you!!! and the freakiest thing is, she passed away... It got me imagining (i know what I'm about to say is nonsense, but it's just an imagination...) OK, what if like 1 day, while i was walking in the cemetery and i come across a tombstone with my name on it... and it actually belongs to someone with exactly the same name and spelling... FREAKY~~~~

Next, with my AMAZING name... i found that my name appeared in the US Drug Enforcement Administration's list of drug addicts!!! Bintan Island (Part I)~~~

I went to Bintan Island last month with my family and my aunt's family... We stayed at this 3 bedroom villa called Indra Maya, Nirwana Resort... we paid like 300 sing per night and the actual price for it is actually 1400+ sing per night!!! expensive, i know!!! thank god my aunt was working with the HDB company...

Anyway, the place was really nice and serene... we had our own private pool, private 6 seater buggy... the villa was really big and damn freaking nice!!! i had lots of fun just hanging round the pool with my cousins, camwhoring all the way with an underwater camera and a DSLR... We even had an outdoor bath area, which we didn't use for bathing but soaking ourselves in warm water, imagining it was our Jacuzzi without the bubbling water pressure... lol...

During night time, because the TV doesn't have all the channels we like, so when we're bored, we'll just change into our swim suits and just jump into the pool and enjoy the water and the fantastic view of a starry starry sky... and another enjoyable thing i did with my cousin during the night was using torch lights to write words and take pictures with super slow shutter speed...

For the day time activities we did during the 2nd and 3rd day, we spent it snorkeling by the beach... unfortunately, there weren't much fishes to see... but there were lots of jelly fishes in the water... my cousins were freaked out by the jelly fishes because they think that they were eeky and slimy... but i thought it was cute... it even followed the camera snap sound while i was taking picture of it... other than that, we spent our time riding the buggy, driving clueless-ly all around the resort area... and there was this lil mini zoo they have there, the catch of the mini zoo was the 25 years old giant python which Jerome and I managed to catch the feeding time and watch it eat a whole pig (which i already posted about the python in 1 of my earlier posts)...

We didn't actually do a lot of exciting activities, this 1 a really really relaxed holiday... we basically just lazed around the villa, pool and just let the time pass by slowly... so there's not much to blog about... so I'll just show pictures!!!

Skateboarding Bulldogs?!?!?!?!

Was watching E news the other day and i came across this news about 2 skateboarding bulldogs... ( i know many of you would have already heard about these skateboarding bulldogs, but i just want to post it up because they are just too adorable!!!) The bulldogs' names are - Tillman and Tyson (Double Ts!!!)...

They look soooo adorable skateboarding, they even know how to change sides after picking up speed, sway left to right and i don't even know how to skateboard!!! I just couldn't resist their cute-ness so i have to post about them and i found some videos from Youtube...

Fear Factor!!!

My class organized a charity event like 2 weeks ago... and it was sort of a fear factor for me... I'm sort of scared of blowing balloons... don't even mention about tying... that's never gonna happen... Everytime i blow a balloon, i'll have this thought of it bursting in my face... I mean i can blow a balloon, but i'll never blow a big balloon... And so happen, i'm in charge of the design department for the event... and our main deco item is balloons!!!!!!!! And these were cheap yet a very good quality balloon which is super duper hard to blow using your mouth because everytime you try to blow in air, once you open your mouth, the air inside the balloon will come flushing back into your mouth... it's damn tiring and damn painfull for my jaw... all of us had a hard yet fun time blowing up the balloons... and we blew like 130 balloons!!!! The whole corner of the theatre hall was fill with colourful balloons... it was like we're sitting in balloon land... lol... and of coz, we can't resist the camera action... so we started to camwhore a bit... the event is like a normal movie event, so i won't talk much about it... i'll let the pictures do the talking...

Secret comes with cake~~~

11 - 11 - 08... 11th anniversary, 11 outlets... Guessing what all these '1' means??? Well, the 11th day of the 11th month of 2008, which is today, is the 11th anniversary for a famous shop with recipes which they have kept for 11 years... A total of 11 SECRET RECIPE outlets were having a buy 1 free 1 promotion... It quite a good deal if you're a secret recipe lover... all you got to do is buy 1 whole cake and you'll get another whole cake free for the same price or lower...

I'm not really a secret recipe fan but my dear friend, Kien wei's mom is... After class, i followed him to Sunway Pyramid and lined up to get his mom's Espresso Cheesecake and Chocolate Mud Cake. There was a really long queue when we got there but it was fast moving... Nothing much to talk about it, so i'll just show pictures of the queue and dear Kien Wei's shy poses...

10 Promises To My Dog...

I'm sure you all have already heard and seen this movie... It's about 10 promises a girl made to her Golden Retriever... I just watched it today and it was sooooo damn freaking touching... My tears couldn't stop falling... well, thank god i wasn't the only 1... the whole cinema No. 14 was raining!!! you could hear people taking out their tissues... you could hear people sobbing... you could hear people blowing their noses... I even heard a girl crying like really loud... like serious crying... it was quite funny...

This movie is made to make people cry... the movie crew must have stayed up for days to come up with a scheme to make the audience cry like mad... But i don't regret watching this movie... maybe just a lil... only regret the part that i chose to watch it in the cinema... it was sooo hard to cry... because i was like tearing and yet don't want people to know i am... even the boys were crying i tell you...

Oh, and the most important thing about this movie is... The Golden Retriever is soooo freaking CUTE!!! OMG, i just can't resist it... it's soooo adorable and lovable that i just want to grab it and hug it... kiss it... and KEEP IT!!! i couldn't stop saying 'omg, sooo cute' through out the whole movie... even the white lil dog below is sooo cute and funny... once, it got stuck in a square box thingy, and when the owner to the box off... it's head was in a square shape... and it stares at you in a really blurr look...

It was the same producer of Quill... I have not watch that... but my friends all said that Quill was more touching than this... so i guess it's a must watch for an animal lover like me...

Been really bored the whole afternoon and i was too lazy to touch any of my work, so i thought i browse through Youtube for some funny videos... and as i was browsing, i came across the famous Russell Peter videos... although i've watched them many times, but it never fails to give me a tummy ache... NEVER i tell you... i'll never ever get bored of his jokes... especially these few that i'm gonne share with you guys... (although i know most of you have already watched it... but, what the heck...) Slamball!!!

I was watching One Tree Hill and i came across this game called Slamball... it's sooooo cool i tell you... It's even cooler than the normal basketball!!!

Slamball is a team sport based on basketball. Points are scored by playing the through the net, as in basketball, though the point-scoring rules are modified. The main differences from the parent sport is the court; below the padded basketball rim and backboard are 4 trampolines set into the floor which serve to launch players to great heights for slam dunks. The rules also permit some physical contact between the members of the four-player teams. There's basically 3 positions in this game - The Handler, The Gunner and The Stopper...

Handler: This would be the primary ball handler on the team. It is his job to run the offense and organize the other members while controlling the flow of the game. Typically he would be responsible to set up the gunners to attack the basket while adding in his own offensive threat.
Gunner: The primary scorer on the team. A team's gunner will be the player on the team that will attack the basket and finish plays against the opposing teams' stopper, comparable to a forward or wing player in soccer or hockey.
Stopper: This position is for the primary defensive player. He trails the offense only when necessary, and he protects the rim from attacking players by using himself as a shield.

1st it was jamming sooooo badly... and it was drizzling... THEN!!! BANG!!! my breaks had some broken, my car wouldn't stop... and i hit the car in front of me... sigh... but thank god, that lady was very kind and polite... I called my dad and he spoke to her... no idea what they talked about... and my dad didn't even scold me... he just kept silent... (which is even worst than him scolding me, because i have no idea what he's thinking inside, which made me feel sooo bad =( ) And I'll be transport handicap for a few days i think, i feel so helpless without a car =(... My poor Hero just turned into a Zero... Sad!!!


Next, during lunch time, the table's screw was loose, and i almost topple everything on the table... the table made a loud bang and everyone was looking!!!


Then! just went i thought my day couldn't get any worst... We were suppose to bring our 'script' for our charity event... and i thought i didn't bring coz i couldn't find it in my files... so i was fined RM20 for it... and when i got back home... i found it in 1 of my files... *faints big time!!!*

Halloween Night~~~

Been really busy preparing for the charity movie event that my class is organizing... not only that, sooo many assignments are dued almost at the same time... Housekeeping presentation, Organizational Behaviour report & presentation AND mid term, accounting assignments, Front Office practical finals!!! All dued within the next 2 weeks!!! So much to do, and soooo little time!!! in need of fresh air urgently!!!

So, in order for me to release some of my stress, take some time off to relax... and what better way to do so than to attend a Halloween party!!!

Since i was like 7 years old, after watching those halloween movies, watching those kids all dressed up in costumes, going around their neighbourhood 'trick or treat'-ing, collecting tons and tons of candies... as for the adults, they either stay home with a bowl of candies, waiting for the kids to ring on their door bell to give them candies; some may attend parties, dances... All these seems like hell lot of fun... and since then, i had always wanted to attend a halloween party of my own... but sadly, malaysia don't really celebrate this day...

But finally!!! i got to attend 1 of my own... what a great way to kick start my busy November by celebrating 1st, before diving into my pile of work... and for a day i've waited for ages, surprisingly, i only spent like 30mins coming up with a costume, dress-up and make-up... well, i already know i want to dress up as a witch... but never really thought of exactly what am i going to wear... but luckily i managed to pull it off... very satisfy with my costume...

The party was not bad... they had a room for food, drinks, and dance floor... and another room for you know what.... A HAUNTED HOUSE!!! the haunted house was not bad actually... thought we waited for a very very very long period... but it was really successful... the ghosts were quite good actors i have to say... the atmosphere in the ghost house was scary... especially the girl dressed in white with long hair covering her face sitting in the middle of the path way to the exit door and the female ghost with the tv on... these 2 were the ones who really gave me the creeps... Qi kit was a cute zombie rising from the dead... didn't expect him to pop up from a box coffin... haha... In the haunted house, poor andrew was pull by 4 girls, walking tru the haunted house... and he happened to be standing at the front, so all the ghost will scare him 1st!!! wahaha... he actually screamed like a girl and fell down twice ( i think...) and crawled to the exit door... it was hillarious~~~

My 1st HALLOWEEN PARTY's experience was not bad... everyone were really sporting... dressing up and all... some costumes were really good and creative... ok, i shall say no more... and let the pictures do the talking...
